How We Can Help

  • Bookkeeping services are available for both individuals and small business. The rate for this type of service is $25 per hour or, in some circumstances, a weekly or monthly contract price can be established ahead of time.

  • The financial arrangement for this service is related to success. If the grant proposal is rejected or unsuccessful, there is no charge for the service that has been provided. However, if the grant submission is received and approved, the rate of remunerative agreement is 1% of the total grant amount. This amount will be due to PCDW Administrative Ltd. on the agreed day of funding. A contract outlining terms and conditions will be established before any work is commenced.

  • Our company has the three levels of service offered, depending on the number of “input lines" that are needed to correctly fulfill the return. The section of the return establishing personal identity and general CRA questions is not included in the total lines of input.

    •Small Returns (50 Lines or Less): to process a small return as defined above, the cost is $50, GST included.

    •Medium Returns (51-100 Lines): to process a medium-size return as defined above, is $100, GST included.

    •Large Returns (100+ Lines to a maximum of 200): to process a large return as defined above is $149, GST included.

 

A Current Project

One of the current activities we are participating in is grant writing and administrating for a local development company. More specifically, we are representing PCDW Administrative Ltd. with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, as we seek out financing for a residential project in Maple Ridge. It is our goal to support the community through raising the necessary capitalization for affordable housing. We are 3 years into this process and are continuing to work toward a great solution that will benefit our local community. This is just one example of the type of work that we are investing in.

How to prepare for PCDW Administrative Ltd. to assist you with your income tax:

 

1. Gather all of your applicable receipts and “T" forms from government sources. These would include, but are not limited to; items related to your employment (T4), RSP contributions, charitable giving, medical expenses, securities transactions, pension contributions and any other specialized forms from government, i.e. a T4E, etc.


2. Book an Intake Meeting with us!


3. Email/drop off or mail all of the appropriate slips to us and we will start to fulfill the process.


4. Choose if you want us to submit your return online or to send a paper copy.


5. In the process of completion, there may be times when we will need further information from you. This may require a telephone call or an email to receive that information.

6. Give us 7 days and we will have your return finished, ready to go in the manner which you choose.


7. We will review the initial results of your return before sending so that you are fully aware of what your return will initially look like.


8. Before sending, we will receive payment from you via cash, electronic funds transfer or certified cheque.


9. If you have chosen online submission, we will provide for you website credentials so that you can monitor your own return.


10. If we have made an error in the processing of your return, our bottom line commitment is to make it right before the file is closed. You can count on us to ensure that things are done properly.
